Common questions
Are the free tools really free?
Yes. No account, no watermark, and no daily plan counter — the converters listed above never touch it. Files are capped at 25 MB each and 10 per go, which covers ordinary documents; Pro raises that to 100 MB and 40 files.
Can I cancel any time?
There's nothing to cancel. Plans are bought one period at a time and don't auto-renew — when the month or the year runs out you simply drop back to Free unless you buy another.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Only the price and how long it lasts — the plan itself is identical. Yearly is $79.99 for 365 days, which works out $15.89 cheaper than twelve monthly payments. Buying either while a plan is still running adds the time on top rather than replacing it.
Do my files stay private on a paid plan?
Exactly the same as on Free — files are processed on the server, deleted automatically after 20 minutes, never shared and never used to train any model.
What happens if I hit my daily limit?
Only the metered tools stop — the always-free converters listed above keep working. The metered counter resets at midnight UTC, or you can upgrade for a bigger allowance.
